We debated back and forth between a few entries for a couple of days, but in the end, we all agreed the honor had to go to an oceanfront Clearwater Beach residence by Tampa’s Studio Nido for its creative use of millwork and custom cabinetry, which are the defining elements of the house.” - Luis R.
